Experience You Can Count On
We provide commercial electrical and generator services backed by decades of experience, a skilled team, and a commitment to doing every job right.
Our Story
Long before Lutes Electrical was known for commercial electrical work across the greater Charleston Tri-County region, Bobby Lutes was known locally as “the fan man.” Early in his career, Bobby built a reputation installing ceiling fans in homes and businesses throughout the area. Customers appreciated his attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to get the job done right.
Those early jobs built something more than a customer base. They built trust.
That trust became the foundation for what would grow into Lutes Electrical, a company that has now served the community for more than 40 years.
Proven Across Industries
Over the years, Lutes Electrical expanded into larger commercial work and has completed projects for a wide range of facilities, including:
- Dental offices
- Healthcare facilities and hospitals
- Franchise restaurants
- Commercial buildings and tenant spaces
Through every stage of growth, the company has stayed focused on the same values that built its reputation in the first place: quality work, honest service, and strong relationships with customers and contractors.
